- DESIGN BUILD
We have a good Architectural/ structural/ Mechanical Team ready for your industrial project. We start with a three phase contract. The first phase is to generate the job scope,then we produce the drawings needed to complete the project. Once the drawings and work scope has been generated you the customer can proceed with the project. By this time I think you will see that we would have gained your trust to complete the design build contract. If you didn’t feel that we would be the best candidate to complete this project at that time. The second phase (bid portion) of the design build contract kick’s in to action. Then you have the option to take the drawings and scope set up a job walk with other bidders and put the job out to bid. At that time we would be compensated for the engineering and work performed up to this point.. The third phase is customer service no-matter who was awarded the build portion of the contract. We would be there to help if needed through out the project. That’s why you can rest assured when we put the job together it will be smooth as possible and on schedule. You can rely on our team of industrial experience to lead the way to the completion of your project.
